Our Showcase Directors are all former professional and collegiate baseball players or former college baseball coaches who have a passion for the game of baseball and true desire to see all of our prospects reach their goals.

When John Riedling, the founder of Next Level Prospects, retired from major league baseball he wanted to give something back to the sport that had changed his life so much for the better. He realized there was a need for a team of experienced professionals to help high school baseball players reach their goal of playing at the college level. His years in professional baseball gave him the necessary knowledge and personal relationships with college coaches and former players to make this vision a reality.
